Shipping policy

Delivery

Delivery will normally be made within 10 working days. All orders (except Sweden) are shipped from our warehouse in Germany. Orders to Sweden are shipped from our warehouse in Sweden.

We are liable for items that are lost or damaged during delivery.

Deliveries outside the European Union (EU) & European Economic Area (EEA)

We only dispatch parcels to countries within the EU/EEA. If you live in a country that is not part of the EU/EEA, please contact here.
